Open Jotly in your Shopify admin, click Create Chart, pick a template or start from scratch, add your measurements, and assign the chart to products or collections. Then enable the Jotly app embed from the Settings page.

Yes. Import a table from Excel, or copy a table from one Jotly chart to another.

Yes. Assign charts to specific products or collections on every plan, by tags and vendors on the Global plan and above, and by advanced rules on the Enterprise plan. New products added to an assigned collection show the chart automatically.

Next to the size selector, above or below the Add to Cart button, as a floating button, or anywhere on the product page using the Jotly app block. You can also match the button's text, colours and style to your theme.

Yes. Jotly converts between cm, inches, mm, feet and metres automatically. You can turn conversion off for columns that hold size codes, like US or EU sizes.

Yes. On the Global plan and above, translate charts into your store's languages, or use AI to translate them into any language.

Yes. The Enterprise plan shows chart views, add to cart after viewing and conversion rate for each chart, with mobile and desktop compared. From the Essentials plan, you can also send size chart events to your Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.

Yes. On the Enterprise plan, connect ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor to Jotly to create and update size charts by chatting.

Billing is handled entirely by Shopify. The charge appears on your regular Shopify invoice, so you never enter card details in Jotly. Choose, upgrade, downgrade or cancel a plan in one click from the app's plan page. Paid plans include a 7-day free trial, and uninstalling Jotly cancels your subscription automatically.
